I dive into customers’ reviews and feedback quite often as part of my job at Gift Baskets Overseas. Even though my role is not customer-facing, I want to have a clear understanding of customers’ thoughts around our service. This often means listening to the amazing stories that go along with these gifts. Stories about how people use gifts to stay connected, be present, and communicate tender feelings and appreciation. Often we learn about families torn apart by pandemic travel restrictions, family members in hospitals who our customers can only attend virtually, weddings, birthdays, or sad occasions missed because of borders being locked. Each time sending a gift is something that allows people to feel a connection and to be present.
My daughter said her cupcakes were really nice Thankyou….ive not seen my children for 2 years because of covid19 restrictions they are in the UK and it really made my day to be able to send my children a treat…thankyou for a lovely service
